Wine Recommendation – Châteaux Latour 2004

Here at Sure Holdings we pride ourselves of watching and studying the current finances of the world. We source the wines that investors demand or have potential to make a considerable amount of profit in years to come.

Yesterday evening we were given the green light from one of our senior wine analyst in London city. They have found a very small parcel of a superb first growth wine, the highly acclaimed and renowned Châteaux Latour 2004. A beautiful wine from the 1855 classification holding the title of first growth.

Wine Recommendation for August 2008

The wine is Châteaux Latour and the year is 2004. This is the first time we have ever recommended this vintage before. As we only have limited stock available, please be sure to place your order as soon as possible as our allocation is being taken up well by our regular clients.

Next time you’re in a fine dining restaurant, check the wine list. Chances are they’re selling Châteaux Latour, for an extraordinary price. This is because it is one of the most expensive first growths and it consistently increases in price year by year.

The Market

The guru of fine wines Robert Parker, during his last tasting gave some excellent comments. He said that “it’s a powerful wine which should benefit from seven years of cellaring, but will keep for at least three more decades.” Parker later rated this Latour a brilliant 95 points and further goes on to decribe the wine as ‘an extremely impressive offering.’

Both 1855 and Decanter gave the Châteaux Latour 2004 five stars, while Wine Spectator awarded 95 points out of a possible 100. Our team of experts deemed this wine as an ‘all-round winner’.

The last few years performance on the Latour 2004 has been pretty good. It was trading in 2006 at 2000 pounds a case and has been as high as 3700 pounds.

We are offering this Châteaux Latour 2004 for just £2550 a case. As a wine investor you will know, it is difficult to pick up a first growth wine for less than £3000 a case on todays market! One thing our analysts are confident off, is that this Latour 2004 has the potential to do a lot more.
